Why I Created The Feng Shui Institute
After years of studying Classical Feng Shui, one thing became impossible to ignore:
most people were being taught to analyse their homes incorrectly.
Generic 9-square overlays and surface-level Feng Shui advice had become so normalised that many people never realised they were not accurately determining the energetic blueprint of their homes at all.
And if the map itself is inaccurate…
then the wealth corner becomes inaccurate.
The Flying Stars become unknown.
And the energetic influences affecting each room remain completely misunderstood.
This is why accurate mapping matters so much in Classical Feng Shui.

My Approach To Feng Shui
I believe a property holds its own psychological fabric – an energetic blueprint that subtly influences how people feel, behave, think, rest, connect, and move throughout the space.
And within Classical Feng Shui, the Flying Stars chart reveals that fabric.
Because people are naturally drawn toward certain rooms, certain areas of the home, and certain energetic influences without always realising why.
This is why I approach Feng Shui through precision and accurate mapping rather than generic overlays or surface-level advice.
Because when a home is mapped correctly, it becomes possible to understand the true energetic influences active within the property — including the Flying Star at the front entrance, the energies present within the bedrooms, and the supportive or challenging influences shaping different areas of life.
To me, this is what makes Classical Feng Shui so valuable.
It moves beyond decoration and into understanding the deeper relationship between people and the spaces they spend their lives within.

Her professional studies include a Certificate IV through the Australian College of Environmental Studies (ACES), along with advanced courses, workshops, lectures, and mentorship programs with some of the world’s leading Feng Shui educators, environmental specialists, and philosophical thinkers.
Her studies include teachings from environmental health expert Nicole Bijlsma, philosopher Vic Ketis, and training under internationally renowned Classical Feng Shui Master Raymond Lo.
This depth of study has shaped Kelly’s approach to Feng Shui as far more than surface-level decorating advice – but rather as a sophisticated system of environmental and psychological analysis connected to the energetic fabric of a property and the people living within it.
